Billboards America follows national, state, and local advertising laws. Prohibited content includes anything offensive, misleading, or illegal, such as tobacco, adult services, or hate speech. Political or alcohol campaigns may require additional review.
Most campaigns are approved within 1–2 business days. Sensitive or high-impact creative may take longer for legal or city review.
All advertiser data is encrypted and stored securely on servers that comply with U.S. data privacy standards.
